The Kellerberrin & Districts Club is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual or management couple to lead one of the Wheatbelt's most successful and community-focused clubs.
Located just two hours east of Perth, our modern Club operates from the Kellerberrin Recreation Centre precinct and serves as the social hub of the community. The facility includes a fully licensed bar, function spaces, beer garden, TAB facilities and a commercial kitchen catering for sporting clubs, functions, community events and private bookings.
About the Role
This is a hands‐on leadership position responsible for the day‐to‐day operation of the Club, hospitality services and coordination of Recreation Centre activities.
Responsibilities
* Club operations and customer service
* Bar and hospitality management
* Commercial kitchen and catering operations
* Functions, events and venue hire
* Staff recruitment, training and rostering
* Financial management, stock control and reporting
* Community engagement and stakeholder relationships
* Recreation Centre facility coordination
About You
You will ideally have:
* Experience in hospitality, club, hotel, venue or recreation facility management
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Sound financial and business management capability
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Experience in food service, catering or kitchen operations (highly regarded)
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* A genuine interest in becoming part of a regional community
Essential Requirements
* Current RSA Certificate (or ability to obtain)
* Approved Manager's Card (or ability to obtain)
* Current Driver's License
* National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
* Responsible Gaming and TAB Compliance (or ability to obtain)
