The team at polytec Stadium is dedicated to creating the experience. We host a number of events throughout the year for the A-League Men and Women Home Games (Central Coast Mariners) and major NRL Rugby League matches.
We are looking for great people who understand the importance of delivering outstanding customer service with every guest interaction.

The Role:
We have casual employment opportunities for individuals that are committed to providing first class customer service for our valued patrons and guests.
You'll be:
* Welcoming and assisting patrons and guests at turnstiles
* Ushering patrons and guests to seats
* Managing access control into nominated areas
* Providing a high level customer service to all patrons and guests
* Operating two – way radios
About You:
* You're a customer service superstar, with experience in a previous face to face customer service role.
* You'll have excellent communication skills
* Be able to identify potential problems and quickly find solutions
* A strong work ethic, be willing to continually learn and work within an energetic team environment
* Have an immaculate sense of personal presentation and customer service smile
* Be available to work weekday evenings and weekends
