Responsibilities
* Ensure 24/7 call‐outs are handled promptly and work independently.
* Ensure customer service excellence by addressing customer concerns on the SANY equipment promptly and effectively.
* Conduct installation and commissioning of equipment and/or machinery at the customer's site, ensuring optimal functionality.
* Provide breakdown assistance to customers both remotely or on‐site.
* Schedule and attend routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and/or machinery to reduce downtime.
* Conduct inspection, troubleshooting, diagnostics, servicing, repair and maintenance for hired and sold SANY equipment to customers.
* Complete detailed and timely service job reports (including parts and consumables used) after each completed job.
* Provide training and technical support to clients to maximize the performance of their equipment.
* Work with internal business units and functions to ensure customer needs are met with efficiency and excellence.
* Monitor and record parts and consumables usage to ensure timely replenishment of stocks.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year

Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred)
