What You'll Do
* Be the warm, welcoming, and helpful first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors.
* Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls and enquiries with care and professionalism.
* Offer a personalised touch, knowing residents by name and providing hospitality like a cup of tea.
* Support essential administrative tasks including managing mail, maintaining records, and assisting with rostering.
* Create a positive and organised environment at the front desk, ensuring a great first impression.
What You'll Need
* Experience in a reception, front-of-house, or customer service role
* A warm, friendly, and professional manner with excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
* Proficiency in computer systems including MS Office
* A genuine passion for helping people and creating a welcoming atmosphere
* Willingness to complete:
o Pre-employment medical
o NDIS Worker Screening Check
