* Salary range: $139,951 to $151,949 p.a. (Nurse Grade 7)
* 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
* 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
* Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
As the Nurse Manager – Operations, you'll drive excellence across Ingham Hospital's inpatient, emergency, theatre, and community services.
This pivotal position leads with advanced clinical expertise, ensuring every patient receives evidence based, high quality care aligned with the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.

Requirements
* Adult Life Support certificate: Must obtain and maintain an annual competency in Advanced Life Support as per THHSCLI040151 Life Support Training and Assessment procedure.
* On-call: Appointees may be required to participate in an on-call roster.
* Driver Licence: This position requires the applicant to possess an appropriate license to operate a Class C (car) motor vehicle.
* Travel: This position may be required to travel to (via small planes or ferry), and work at, other facilities located within the THHS, e.g., participate in clinical activities or meetings for planning, quality, performance and education. This may involve day and/or overnight stays. The successful applicant must be able to commit to this requirement.
* Accommodation: On-site single staff accommodation will be provided for the successful applicant for a period of 3 months.
* This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role
