The Opportunity
In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping training programs, designing e-learning content, and driving employee development. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure our people have the skills and knowledge they need to thrive.

Your Responsibilities
* e-Learning Content Creation: Developing engaging and effective e-learning content that enhances team members' understanding of the business and their role.
* Learning System Management: Ensuring the smooth operation and administration of training programs.
* Training Program Design: Contributing to the design and delivery of engaging training programs, both in-person and virtually.
* Onboarding and Induction: Supporting new employees through the onboarding and induction process.
* Learner Needs Assessment: Collaborating with stakeholders to assess learning needs and improve training solutions.
* Employee Engagement: Contributing to broader employee engagement and talent initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: 2-3 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a similar role.
* Technical Skills: Experience administering and creating reports using Learning Management Systems, intermediate skills in Microsoft 365 suite, and proficiency in Articulate 360 suite and basic multimedia software.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a collaborative mindset, and strong organisational skills.
* Qualifications: A qualification in Cert IV Training & Assessment, Learning & Development, or a related field (desired).
