About the Role
As a casual team member, you'll be a vital part of our restaurant operations. You'll work closely with your teammates and managers to deliver fast, fresh, and flavourful meals, all while creating a great experience for our customers. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and enjoys being part of a supportive and energetic team.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve high‐quality menu items with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
* Keep food areas clean, organised, and well‐stocked
* Greet customers with a friendly attitude and a smile
* Take customer orders and payments accurately using our POS system
* Ensure every guest leaves happy and satisfied with their experience
* Maintain a clean and presentable store environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms
* Help with end‐of‐day cleaning and pack‐down procedures
* Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating stock
* Restock ingredients and packaging as needed throughout your shift
* Collaborate with your team to keep operations running smoothly
* Support new team members with training and encouragement

What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in quick‐service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is a plus
* On‐the‐job training will be provided for the right attitude
* Energetic, reliable, and a strong team player
* Passionate about food and delivering great customer service
* Quick on your feet and able to stay cool under pressure
* Excellent communication and time‐management skills
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Valid Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* First Aid Certificate (desirable but not essential)
