Job Description:
As a Sales Coordinator you will support a team of Sales Executives and Group Business Director by managing all administrative processes and enabling smooth running of the team.
Responsibilities:
* Involve with sales and campaign management
* Create and update financial reports
* Work with market research team to assist in analytical side of business
* Complete administrative duties for print and online products
Requirements:
* Show commitment to team's purpose
* Be proactive in discussing solutions and raising ideas for improvement in a positive and professional way
* Show ability to build strong relationships
Essential Skills:
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Computer literacy - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation methods
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Sound word processing and database management skills
* Media knowledge (an advantage)
