Title: Varsity Head Boys Cross Country Coach First Practice: On or before August 3rd. Qualifications
* Knowledge of distance running skills and the ability to coach those skills
* Ability to make decisions under pressure
* Ability to develop winning strategies
* Ability to motivate players
* Exceptional leadership skills
* Must have excellent communication skills
* Must have the ability to organize and supervise the program
* Be seen in the community as a strong leader/role model to our student athletes
Requirements
* Must be 18 years of age
* Have at least a high school diploma or GED
* Must be trained to drive Activity Bus
* Must complete 5 mandatory online NFHS Learn courses prior to the first practice
* Complete and pass an Expanded Criminal Background and CPS Check
Compensation
* Competitive pay based upon experience
