Immerse yourself in the world of technology as a Technical Specialist, where you will be responsible for managing and maintaining complex networks.
You will have operational responsibility for brand new managed network services, supporting enterprise customers across various regions. Your primary focus will be on owning and resolving complex network faults and incidents using problem management methodology.
* Key Responsibilities :
* Leverage your expertise to scope and implement advanced changes across managed network environments.
* Develop and maintain solutions from key vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, HP / Aruba, Riverbed, and F5.
* Support SD-WAN technologies (Fortinet, VeloCloud, Viptela, Meraki) to ensure seamless connectivity.
* Operate within ITIL-aligned service management frameworks and contractual SLAs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to support transitions, changes, and blocking issues, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency.
* Engage in customer-facing activities for at least 2 days a week in the North Brisbane region, building trust and understanding with clients.
