Hours of Operation:
- Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm
- Every 2nd Friday: 8am - 2pm (with potential to expand to every Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients warmly and professionally
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer calls and respond promptly to inquiries
- Process payments and keep accurate financial records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year dental experience (required)
- Customer service or hospitality experience (preferred)
- Reception/administrative experience
Work hours: 30-40 hours per week. Compensation based on experience.
