Digital Marketing Manager – Australia

The Digital Marketing Manager for ANZ & India is responsible for the planning, execution, optimisation and reporting of digital marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue across the region.

This role blends hands‐on campaign execution with performance management across channels, ensuring alignment to regional priorities while leveraging global programs. The ideal candidate is both operationally strong and commercially accountable, with a focus on measurable outcomes including lead generation, account engagement, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI.

This position offers opportunities for candidates based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

What You'll Do

In this role, the primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

* Campaign Execution & Optimisation – Own end‐to‐end execution of digital campaigns across ANZ and India, including:
o LinkedIn paid campaigns and social media activation
o Display advertising
o Content syndication programs
o Conduct weekly performance reviews and optimise campaigns based on CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
o Support campaign set‐up for events, webinars, and regional initiatives
* Email Marketing & Lead Nurture – Manage monthly customer and prospect newsletters, ensuring localisation for APAC audiences:
o Email marketing (customer and prospect newsletters)
o Design and localise lead nurture campaigns to deliver content that guides prospects through the funnel
o Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure relevance of messaging and segmentation
* Website & Content Operations – Maintain and update regional website content (EN‐SG site), including:
o Publishing blogs and landing pages
o Applying localised links, content and CTAs for demand generation
o Ensure website supports SEO, conversion optimisation, and campaign alignment
* Paid Media & Agency Management – Oversee paid search in partnership with agencies:
o Monitor weekly performance and identify anomalies
o Lead monthly performance reviews with agency partners
o Collaborate with agencies to improve campaign structure, targeting, and ROI
* Account‐Based & Display Marketing – Manage always‐on 6sense display campaigns across ANZ and India:
o Optimise creative, audience segments, and spend allocation
o Refresh ad creatives and messaging periodically to maintain performance
* Content Syndication Programs – Own execution and performance tracking of vendors:
o Ensure campaigns are fully activated across regions (ANZ, India)
o Identify and resolve budget under‐utilisation and delivery gaps
o Align with sales and marketing ops to ensure proper campaign tracking
* Budget Management & Reporting – Manage regional digital marketing budgets, including:
o Monthly accruals and spend tracking
o Quarterly budget adjustments and forecasting
o Ensure accurate invoice processing and vendor management
* Provide regular reporting on:
o Campaign performance
o Budget utilisation
o Pipeline contribution and influence

You'll Bring

* 5–8+ years in B2B digital marketing (preferably in SaaS or enterprise tech)
* Strong experience across:
o Paid media (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic)
o Email marketing and automation
o Content syndication and demand generation
o Account engagement strategies
* Proven ability to manage regional campaigns across multiple markets
* Strong commercial mindset with ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline outcomes
* High attention to detail with strong operational execution skills
* Technical Expertise in:
o CRMs (e.g. Salesforce)
o CMS (e.g. WordPress)
o Analytics platforms (e.g. Tableau)
o GA4
o Advertising platforms: Google ads, Meta, LinkedIn & 6Sense
o Experience with SEMRush, design tools and 6Sense ABM a bonus
* You must be legally permitted to work in Australia

* Campaigns are consistently optimised and delivering against pipeline targets
* Budgets are fully utilised with minimal under‐/overspend
* Regional programs are executed with local relevance while aligned to global strategy
* Strong collaboration with agency partners, resulting in improved campaign performance and efficient execution across all digital channels
* Clear visibility into performance, with data‐driven decision making
