On Offer:

* Competitive salary range of $120,000 - $135,000 plus superannuation
* Full‐time role with flexible work arrangements including 2 days in‐office per week
* $2,000 annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) allowance and 2 paid study leave days

The Role:

As Speech Pathology Manager, you will steer the delivery of high‐quality, evidence‐based speech and language therapy services across both face‐to‐face and telehealth platforms. You will take a hands‐on leadership role, directing a growing clinical team and ensuring equitable workload distribution, while maintaining excellent clinical governance aligned with professional standards and NDIS requirements. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement through development of protocols, quality assurance processes, and staff professional development.

Working closely with the Clinical Development Manager, you will contribute strategically to service growth and operational planning, fostering a collaborative culture that supports improved client outcomes. This role calls for a skilled clinical leader passionate about innovation, staff mentorship, and multi‐disciplinary engagement within the community and stakeholder networks.

Requirements:

* Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
* Minimum 5 years of experience in speech pathology, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
* Proven ability to deliver clinical services across diverse settings including telehealth
* Comprehensive understanding of NDIS practice standards and compliance requirements
* Strong skills in clinical governance, risk management, and quality assurance
* Relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology with a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
* Police and Working with Children Checks (or eligibility to obtain)
