We are seeking a qualified mechanical technician to join our team. This role involves working with pumps and valves, stripping down equipment, and carrying out measuring and reassembly tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Completing repairs on critical equipment, including strip and assembly, assessment and reporting, and machine maintenance.
* Carrying out all tasks in accordance with the Service Centre Quality Manual.
* Documenting wear, corrosion, and faults with photos to complete condition assessments.
* Making recommendations for improvements to current products, services, and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Cert III – Mechanical Engineering/Fitting & Turning experience required.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills essential.
A high-risk forklift ticket is preferred, as well as an overhead crane and doggers ticket.
