Job Title: Compassionate Care Professional
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to residents.
About the Job
* Provide individualised care to residents, with a focus on managing complex clinical needs such as wound care and pain management.
* Oversight of care staff on the floor, ensuring that all services delivered reflect our commitment to clinical excellence and exceptional resident experience.
* Support the delivery of high-quality clinical and care services within our residential facility.
* Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and document care outcomes promptly.
* Apply advanced nursing skills to manage complex care needs.
* Integrate evidence-based practices and professional standards into clinical care.
* Collaborate with the Clinical Care Manager on key clinical decisions.
* Guide and support EN - Care Coordinators and Care Assistants in resident care.
* Promote interdisciplinary collaboration to uphold best-practice care standards.
* Adhere to the National Competency Standards for Registered Nurses and Aged Care regulations.
Requirements
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with a minimum 6 months post graduate experience.
* Hold a current AHPRA registration.
* Demonstrated experience of at least 6 months as a Registered Nurse within the Aged Care sector.
* Possess excellent clinical knowledge and skills.
