Fiona Stanley & Fremantle Hospital – General Volunteer

Fiona Stanley Hospitals Group – supported by Cockburn Volunteer Resource Centre – Fremantle WA

General Volunteers will operate in departments within the hospital based on their experience and/or interest. The volunteers will carry out a range of activities designed to support patients and their visitors during their stay at the hospital. Volunteers have the opportunity to have ongoing interaction with a particular ward or clinical service.

All volunteers will attend an information session and induction training day. Ongoing training will be provided throughout volunteering shifts. Volunteers must be 18 years or older.

Schedule (Monday to Friday):

* Shift 1: 7:45 am to 11:00 am
* Shift 2: 10:45 am to 2:00 pm
* Shift 3: 1:45 pm to 5:00 pm

Commitment: 12 months.
