Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Insurance Agent role based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility to work part of the week from home. The Insurance Agent will identify client needs, provide tailored insurance advice, and recommend appropriate products across various lines of insurance. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing quotes, explaining policy coverage and terms, and guiding clients through the application and onboarding process. The role involves maintaining ongoing client relationships, responding to inquiries and claims-related questions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Insurance Agent will collaborate with internal teams and insurance partners, keep accurate records in company systems, and stay current on industry regulations, product updates, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications
* Proficiency in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of Insurance products and coverage options.
* Experience in Insurance Brokerage or intermediary environments, including working with multiple carriers or product lines.
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of Finance as it relates to premiums, risk, and client affordability.
* Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and resolve issues promptly.
* Relevant professional certification or licensing as required for insurance agents in New South Wales (or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe).
* Proven ability to meet sales targets while maintaining ethical, client-focused practices.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM or insurance software tools.
* Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities across office and remote settings.
* Prior experience in tech-enabled or digital insurance environments is an advantage.
