About the Role
This key member of the Executive Team is responsible for:
* Developing business strategies that enhance long-term vision
* Identifying new revenue streams, building partnerships and leading change initiatives
* Fostering organisational resilience and implementing effective change management
* Translating strategic priorities into actionable business plans
The role also oversees financial management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and risk oversight ensuring compliance with regulatory, audit and funding requirements while promoting a culture of financial accountability.
