Offer description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will not only recruit amazing people, but also support the business growth and uphold our values.

You will work with a TA Lead and manage the whole recruitment cycle (planning, marketing, selection and interviewing) for a variety of roles across different functions and locations. You will collaborate with stakeholders from both local and international teams and constantly improve our talent attraction strategies to ensure that we provide a fast, friendly and equitable recruitment process.

What you will do
* Partnering directly with Engineering, SRE, Data, and Product leaders to define hiring needs and build world‐class teams.
* Owning end‐to‐end hiring for highly specialised roles across:
o Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
o Data, AI, Quant, and Modelling
o Platform and Infrastructure Engineering
* Building and executing sourcing strategies that target top‐tier talent in high‐scale, transactional, and domain‐specific environments.
* Acting as a trusted advisor—not just filling roles, but shaping the future of our engineering culture.
* Crafting compelling narratives that reflect our engineering values: observability, accountability, resilience, and service ownership.
* Driving a high‐touch candidate experience that reflects the ambition and quality of our engineering organisation.
* Work with the People Experience team and aim to improve and scale our recruiting processes
* Implement talent marketing trends and work across employer branding to design campaigns and events to attract top talent
* Analyse metrics to understand hiring patterns and measure the effectiveness of all attraction tools such as job boards and social media
* Assist hiring managers throughout the full recruitment cycle, ensuring quality and timely selection decisions
* Provide hiring training to internal stakeholders and mentor junior staff members
* Lead and contribute to internal People and TA projects locally and globally
* Develop and sustain talent pools for future hiring needs
* Ensure data quality and accuracy throughout the recruitment process
* Align with the team's strategy and goals to enhance performance and outcomes
Your experience
* Deep understanding of modern engineering principles: DevOps, observability, service ownership, and distributed systems.
* Ability to engage with credibility on technical topics—you already speak the language.
* Experience hiring in specialised domains like SRE, Data Science, Quant, or AI.
* A strategic mindset—you act as an extension of the leadership team, not just a delivery arm.
* Strong storytelling and candidate engagement skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, high‐ambition environment with minimal ramp‐up.
* Understands the importance of cultural fit as well as role fit and applies this to all hiring decisions
* Proactive, determined, and confident when engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
* Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and processes in a dynamic, collaborative environment
