Support Professional
We are seeking a Support Professional to join our team. This is a temporary opportunity for up to 6 months.
* Provide support to internal customers across all Transport clusters via phone and email functions.
* Manage requests and customer queries related to purchases and travel expenses using a ticketing system.
* Relay information clearly and service new card requests, changes, and other travel-related costs.
This role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage a high volume of calls and work with ticketing systems. You should be able to lead customer conversations and problem solve autonomously to find efficient solutions.
You will be part of a high-functioning and process-driven Procurement team based in Wollongong. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent results and contribute to a positive work environment.
