Reporting to the Recruitment Manager and working as part of a small, close‐knit team, you will provide end‐to‐end recruitment to support our underground operations. Working as a business partner with our project managers, you will attract a quality workforce that resonates the real and genuine values of our company. This position is varied, demanding, and highly rewarding. Success in the role is critical to meeting client expectations and delivering our strategic goals.

You are solutions‐focused, prioritise and organise your time efficiently, and manage stakeholder expectations to enable the right people to be delivered within agreed mobilisation timeframes. Key Responsibilities
* Provide end‐to‐end recruitment to support underground operations.
* Partner with project managers to attract and retain a quality workforce.
* Deliver the right people within agreed mobilisation timeframes.
* Maintain an existing candidate database and manage induction processes.
* Apply HR/Recruitment/HSEQ systems and processes consistently.
Qualifications
* Combined industry experience working in‐house and agency‐side, desirable.
* Implement effective resourcing strategies to attract and retain high‐quality candidates.
* Demonstrated experience with high‐volume recruitment for mining, construction or engineering contract projects.
* Managing induction processes and the on‐boarding of new starters.
* Applying HR/Recruitment/HSEQ systems and processes.
* Maintaining an existing candidate database.
