This role is available on either a full time or part time basis, making it a great fit for someone looking for flexibility while still taking on a key accounts position within a busy dealership environment. In this role, you will support the dealership’s accounting and administration function across a broad range of duties. Responsibilities may include accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, banking, deal processing support, end of month assistance, supplier accounts, general ledger support and general dealership administration. You will work closely with management and other departments to ensure the accounts function runs smoothly, accurately and on time. To be considered for this role, you will need previous dealership accounts experience, along with strong working knowledge of Pentana. You will also need strong attention to detail, solid communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a senior accounts, dealership administration or all round dealership accounts role will be highly regarded. The successful applicant will be offered a salary package in the range of $70,000 to $90,000 super, depending on experience.
