Job Role
The State Management team is part of the Marketing, Sales, and Engagement department, serving as the face and voice of AICD in the market.
They work internally and externally – representing AICD at key events, managing the State Divisional Council and Advisory Groups, and conducting business development/relationship building on behalf of AICD.
Assistant Manager Position
An opportunity exists for an Assistant Manager to join our team in the Northern Territory.
As the Assistant Manager, you will support the State Manager to build a connected community of members across the Territory.
Leveraging your established professional network, you will apply knowledge of governance and principles to drive impact, engagement, and member retention.
You will represent AICD at key events across the Northern Territory, maximizing opportunities to engage with members and gather feedback.
You will be the principal representative for your respective Council and Committees, acting as a key contact for members across metropolitan and regional areas.
In addition, you will support the State Manager in driving cultural alignment and fostering a collaborative 'One Team' culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the State Manager in building a connected community of members across the Territory.
