You will provide leadership and management to all departments in the Perioperative Unit, overseeing day-to-day management and staffing requirements, and working closely with colleagues on patient safety, workforce development, VMO satisfaction, patient experience, and financial performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in leading and coordinating staff within a dynamic perioperative environment, demonstrating commitment to delivering exceptional care to patients and Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs). Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a collaborative approach to team leadership.
