As part of the Client Services team, you'll deliver a high-quality, client-focused experience by coordinating independent medical assessments and supporting consultants and clients throughout the process. You'll also ensure visitors feel welcome and supported.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate bookings and manage consultant schedules to maximise appointment utilisation
* Liaise with clients to deliver services in line with agreements and processes
* Prepare and manage medical files for appointments
* Provide administrative support to consultants
* Respond to client enquiries (reports, invoicing, status updates)
* Conduct outbound calls to promote services and increase referrals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants
* Support team activities, including reception duties as needed
Qualifications

* Positive, friendly and client-focused approach
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Flexible, with strong prioritisation skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Experience in case management/medical reporting (desirable)
