**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Morning Operations Specialist to join our team in Launceston. This full-time permanent role involves performing essential services throughout the region using various trucks, including front lift, rear lift, and hook lift vehicles.
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring safe vehicle operations and performing daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment as required.
You will also be expected to maintain a professional image of the company by delivering high-quality customer service at all times and complying with relevant systems and standards when dealing with internal and external customers.
In addition, you will need to comply with Fatigue Management rules, regulations, and training to ensure your own safety and well-being.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* An unrestricted HR licence with a minimum 1–2 years of experience
* Physically fit and comfortable performing manual duties
* Clean driving record
* Previous experience within the waste industry would be advantageous
* Good attitude, reliable, and willing to learn
