As a Senior Project Manager, you will require:
* Degree qualifications in construction management or equivalent
* 5+ years contracts administrator experience with a reputable company
* Strong commercial acumen
* Exposure to projects over $100m

Opportunity: You will have the opportunity to work on landmark commercial, residential, and mixed-use construction projects with leading builders and developers across Australia. Current and upcoming opportunities include high-rise residential developments, large-scale commercial builds, and complex infrastructure projects valued up to $250M+. These opportunities will see you leading projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with senior leadership teams, consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure successful project delivery. You will be responsible for programme management, stakeholder coordination, procurement oversight, subcontractor management, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, risk management, and driving overall project performance across commercial, residential, infrastructure, or mixed-use developments.
