The Business Services Manager will develop and sustain key business processes to deliver best practice operating efficiency across the NACC NRM team and, as a member of Senior Management, will contribute to the development and delivery of organisational strategic outcomes.ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver Human Resource functions (Recruitment, Retention, Professional Development, Positive Culture and IR Compliance).Facilities Management – take carriage of the NACC NRM Enterprise Hub Business Plan. Working with CEO to ensure KPIs are met.Oversee the delivery of NACC NRM’s Business Services functions including financial oversight and the maintenance of policies and procedures to ensure legislative and regulatory compliance, efficiency and operational best practice.Provide strategic Business Services which support the NACC NRM team to deliver best practice delivery of outcomes against the NACC NRM Strategic Plan.Ensure all actions are guided by NACC NRM’s Purpose, Way and Impact as well as NACC NRM’s organisational values and the regional NRM strategy, NARvis.EssentialTertiary qualification in a relevant field and/or demonstrated experience in a relevant role.Well-developed skills and experience in business services functions and the ability to contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of business plans.Well-developed human resource management skills.Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult, collaborate and negotiate effectively and professionally, and maintain effective relationships and networks.Commitment to and passion for: supporting the Purpose of NACC NRM.Well-developed organisational and risk management skills, and the ability to identify trends, issues and problems and generate strategies to address them.DesirableA broad knowledge of financial management including long term financial planning, budget preparation, budget control; familiarity with relevant Australian Accounting Standards and ability to clearly articulate financial reports and issues.Experience providing support to a multi-disciplinary team working in a highly visible area requiring high quality results.
