About The Role
Working as part of a vibrant and energetic team, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing product information and service, as well as undertaking a variety of administrative support duties. Some of the main responsibilities of this role include:
* Creating quotes and taking customer orders (by phone, fax and email),
* Providing support to our counter sales and regional sales teams,
* Following up on customer complaints and product returns,
* Liaising with delivery drivers and warehouse staff to follow up on customer orders.

About You
This is an extremely busy role and requires someone who thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Applicants will also need to have:
* A bright personality with the ability to build strong customer relationships,
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong computer and systems experience with fast and accurate typing speeds.
* Previous experience in the aluminium, home improvement or associated industries would be a distinct advantage.
