Ikon Glass South West Shower Screens Splashbacks, Mirrors and Wardrobe Doors is looking for the right person to fit. We have built a strong and continually growing client base with respected project builders, local builders and retail clients.
About the role
You will be the first point of contact for our customers. Answering telephone calls and responding to general inquiries. Occasionally hosting customers in our show room.
We are looking for someone motivated and personable to provide customer service.
Must have an ability to multi task and someone who can complete the process from customer inquiry, quoting and processing the order.
Ability to read house plans, or willing to learn. Quoting off builders plans and off site measure sheets.
Attention to detail is important.
Must be able to use your own initiative, thinking out of the box.
Prior knowledge XERO preferred but not essential.
Track ETAs and communicate order details with customers.
