Qualitative Data Analyst
The role involves working across the full data cycle, from transcription and coding to synthesising insights and supporting reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Transcribe and verify audio/video submissions
* Organise and prepare data for analysis (e.g., NVivo, spreadsheets)
* Code qualitative data and identify themes
* Collaborate to ensure rigorous and consistent analysis
* Synthesise findings and support reporting through summaries, charts, and presentations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in qualitative research methodologies
Proficiency in NVivo or similar tools
Strong analytical and written communication skills
Understanding of bias in qualitative analysis and mitigation strategies
Experience in health/disability research (highly desirable)
