General Skills Required
We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent teamwork abilities, and a background in horticulture, turf care, or landscaping. Candidates should be self-motivated and physically fit to manage the demands of the role.
Selection criteria
Successful applicants will need to demonstrate the following:
* Demonstrated Horticulture and Grounds Maintenance Experience
* Experience operating Plant and Equipment
* A strong understanding of Safety and Risk Awareness
* Demonstrated ability to successfully work both within a team and individually, manage quality of own work to a required standard, to promote a positive team environment and a very high standard of presentation.
