What You Will Do
* Develop and implement category experience strategies to improve product offerings and increase engagement.
* Collaborate with the PxE, SEO, and Category Merchandising teams to drive product optimizations.
* Lead the evaluation and socialization of site testing and experimentation plans.
* Manage the daily performance and continuous improvement of the ANZS websites.
* Integrate usability studies and market analysis into user experience recommendations.
* Lead and mentor a team of 3 direct reports, encouraging their professional development.
Your Qualifications
* 5-8+ years of digital product/website management experience.
* Proven ability to optimize end-to-end customer experiences.
* High proficiency in website analytics and CRO tools.
* Strong commercial competence and analytical skills.
* Outstanding collaborator management and communication skills.
Nice to Have
* Experience with Headless commerce, ideally Contentful.
* Familiarity with JIRA and agile project management.
* Background in B2B and B2C digital environments.
