Role Overview
As a team member, you are the face of Bunnings and provide friendly, helpful service to every customer. You greet shoppers, offer tools and advice, and help turn D.I.Y. ideas into reality.
Responsibilities
* Provide an outstanding customer experience across the store
* Manage stock efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and tidy
* Serve customers with a smile at checkout registers
* Support and collaborate with the team in a supportive, inclusive environment
Qualifications
* Prior experience in customer service
* Knowledge of power tools, and/or admin or data‐entry skills (bonus)
* A genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm
* Ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
* Enthusiasm for learning about products and services, and readiness to help across different areas of the store
* Integrity, safety awareness and commitment to doing your best
* Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, weekdays and weekends
Salary and Hours
Adult pay rate for employees 18 years and older: $28.64 per hour. Full‐time and part‐time positions are available. Flexible shift patterns covering morning, day and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends are required.
