About The Opportunity
At Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) we are committed to Trusted Care, Better Health for Everyone, and we are looking for dedicated Enrolled Nurse (EN) to be an essential part of our Mental Health team at Gosford Hospital on a permanent part‐time basis.
Role
This position plays a key role in ensuring continuity of care and enhancing the overall patient experience. In this role you will:
* Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide physical and psychological comfort and support.
* Assist with patient assessment including observation and monitoring of mental health status.
* Collect and report accurate health care information and maintain accurate health care documentation.
* Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with patients, carers and other health care team members/colleagues regarding nursing care.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with a Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia approved qualification for administration of medication (including intravenous medication administration).
* Demonstrated nursing knowledge and skills relevant to mental health, and understanding of recovery‐oriented mental health care.
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the use of information technology.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
* Proven ability to prioritise and organise workload in a fast‐paced clinical setting.
* Commitment to quality improvement, evidence‐based practice, and ongoing professional development.
