We are supporting a highly regarded organisation in Queensland to appoint a Facility Manager for one of their flagship homes.
The Facility Manager will lead the overall performance of the home, focusing on operational delivery, financial sustainability, and service outcomes. This role requires a leader who can balance people, performance, and compliance in a complex care environment.

About the Role
As Facility Manager, you will lead the overall performance of the home, bringing a clear focus to operational delivery, financial sustainability, and service outcomes. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, managing budgets, and ensuring the home consistently meets regulatory and quality standards. Working closely with clinical leaders, you will provide structure, oversight, and direction across the service, enabling strong team performance and a stable, accountable culture.

What You'll Bring
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (non-clinical leaders with strong operational experience are also encouraged to apply)
* Proven leadership experience in aged care or complex service environments
* Strong understanding of compliance, accreditation, and quality standards
* Confidence managing budgets, occupancy, and key performance metrics
* A collaborative, values-driven leadership style
