Vice President – Finance, Corporate and Transformation Global

Lead global transformation initiatives that drive business performance, partner with the C‑suite to deliver enterprise‑wide strategic change, and influence financial and operational outcomes across global teams.


The Role

The Vice President Finance, Corporate Transformation leads a large‑scale global program of initiatives that reshape the organisation’s global operations and performance. This role partners with C‑suite leaders to drive execution of transformation projects and ensure alignment with long‑term business objectives. Responsible for designing, implementing and tracking global transformation initiatives; monitoring KPIs and ensuring accountability for transformation outcomes and EBIT improvement; managing budgets, timelines and resources across global teams; partnering with senior leaders across technology, operations, HR and finance; leading global program office governance, reporting and executive alignment; and driving corporate finance activities including budgeting, forecasting and analysis.


Responsibilities

* Oversee the design, implementation and tracking of global transformation initiatives.
* Track KPIs and ensure accountability for transformation outcomes and EBIT improvement.
* Manage budgets, timelines and resources across global teams.
* Partner with senior leaders across technology, operations, HR and finance.
* Lead global program office governance, reporting and executive alignment.
* Drive corporate finance activities including budgeting, forecasting and analysis.


What you’ll bring

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy or related field; MBA preferred.
* Senior leadership experience in strategy, finance or transformation.
* Proven success leading global transformation in complex organisations.
* Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
* Experience in digital transformation, organisational redesign and continuous improvement.
* Willingness to consider applicants whose experience doesn’t align 100% but show potential.
