In the role of Head of Investigation Services you will report to Executive, Enterprise Fraud Management, who is doubling down on customer obsession and owning it.
Each day you will go above and beyond to:
* Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the operational roadmap for the Investigation Services team in alignment with the broader Fraud Operations strategy.
* Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, coach, and develop a specialized team of investigators to ensure high performance and engagement.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison with internal stakeholders and Group Investigations function as well as industry partners and law enforcement agencies when required.
* Risk Mitigation: Identify systemic vulnerabilities identified during investigations and influence remediation activities across business units to prevent future occurrences.
