An UX/UI Designer in Immutable is responsible for designing digital product experiences—making apps and websites both easy to use (UX) and visually appealing (UI).
UX (User Experience) Responsibilities
* Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing)
* Create user flows, journey maps, and wireframes
* Identify user problems and improve product usability
* Test prototypes and improve based on feedback
* Ensure smooth navigation and logical structure of apps/websites
UI (User Interface) Responsibilities
* Design clean, up-to-date interfaces for web and mobile apps
* Create high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
* Build design systems (buttons, colors, typography, components)
* Ensure responsive design (mobile, tablet, desktop)
* Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
Collaboration & Product Work
* Work with product managers, developers, and marketing teams
* Present and explain design decisions clearly
* Iterate designs based on user feedback and business goals
* Maintain consistency across digital products
Key Skills Required
* Figma (most important tool today)
* UI design principles (typography, spacing, color theory)
* UX research methods
* Wireframing & prototyping
* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (advantage)
* Problem‐solving and user‐centered thinking
