Sunrise EMR Clinical Educator
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Sunrise EMR Clinical Educator.
The successful candidate will have strong clinical expertise and specialist knowledge in EMR systems, with experience in coordinating and delivering education and training activities.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to lead digital capability, support staff, and drive safer, more efficient clinical documentation practices.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and deliver all education and training activities related to the Sunrise EMR system.
* Work closely with clinical and non-clinical managers to support a consistent, contemporary approach to EMR use and clinical documentation.
* Provide high-quality face-to-face and virtual training, champion change, and act as a key communication link for decisions and updates relating to Sunrise EMR.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife: Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years post-registration experience.
* Significant experience and credibility in a nominated area or discipline.
* Experience as a leader or manager in the health care industry.
* Proven experience in the implementation of complex healthcare projects, especially in relation to information systems.
