We are currently looking for an energetic, eager to learn and professional Finance / Accounts Administration Officer to join this large and reputable organisation located in the Mt Waverley area.

This role would suit someone who is looking to progress and build on their Accounts / Finance administration experience.
Responsibilities include:
Process external and internal order cancellations
Transfer of refundable costs
Cancel and reset up contract
Process deposit invoices
Code invoices to jobs
Pay invoices received via credit card
Assist with audit requirements
Follow up regarding warranty insurances
Ad hoc queries and follow up
Your Profile:
Strong administrative skills with some exposure to Accounts / Finance, keen to learn more
Ability to work in high volume / fast paced environment
Strong communication skills
Problem solving ability
Sound technical ability
