Job Description:
The Office Manager position is a key role in supporting the program staff in working with Aboriginal children and families, government and sector partners to deliver quality services.
The successful candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing leadership and support to the reception team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage administrative tasks, including but not limited to: filing, data entry, correspondence, and maintenance of records
* Provide leadership and support to the reception team, including on-the-job training and mentoring
* Collaborate with program staff to deliver quality services to Aboriginal children and families
* Develop and maintain relationships with government and sector partners
* Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in administrative roles, including exposure to senior-level responsibilities
* Qualifications in relevant diploma, degree or equivalent such as Business Administration
* Experience in managing other administrative staff and providing leadership and support to the reception team
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
* Valid Police Check, Working with Children's Check (paid employee), and Victorian Driver Licence
* Current COVID-19 vaccination (recommended)
