Your new role
As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in managing contracts and supporting business operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and managing Deeds of Standing Offer and associated documentation.
- Liaising with the Legal team and ensuring timely contract execution.
- Coordinating tender processes, document control, and scopes of work.
- Managing building compliance systems, WHS documentation, and security pass applications.
- Providing exceptional internal and external customer service.
- Assisting with reception relief when required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in contract preparation and understanding of legal terminology.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Professional presentation and commitment to confidentiality.
- Building/Facilities exposure (Desirable)
