Are you passionate about CAT machinery and thrive in a hands-on, field-based role?
We're looking for a skilled Field Service Plant Mechanic to join our Casula team, supporting customers across civil, quarry, and construction sectors.
Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:
Diagnosing faults and conducting inspections on a variety of CAT equipment.
Performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure machines operate at peak performance.
Working on a diverse fleet including excavators, dozers, wheel loaders, and articulated dump trucks.
Ensuring all work is accurately documented, meets CAT standards, and complies with site-specific requirements.
Qualifications
Strong technical and diagnostic skills with an Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade (Heavy Diesel or Mobile Plant).
A genuine passion for CAT equipment and delivering high-quality service.
Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining safety and compliance.
Excellent attitude to your work, and dedication to safe work practices.
Ability to work autonomously in the field and in a team.
Current Drivers Licence.
Applicants with site bans are ineligible for Field Service Positions.

Rosters & Remuneration
Day shift only – Monday to Friday, 10.5 hour days.
Phone, laptop and tool of trade vehicle supplied.
Annual earnings $135,000 to $170,000*
*Above rates are a guide; each candidate will be assessed on skill and experience
