Job Title: Administrative Operations Manager
The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day activities of the office, ensuring seamless financial administration, front-desk coordination, and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Administration: Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, vendor payments, and reconciliations. Reconcile bank statements and financial records regularly.
* Liaise with committees, suppliers, and external accountants on finance-related queries.
* Support end-of-month and end-of-year financial closing activities. Process payroll and maintain employee financial records.
Reception & Administrative Support:
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Oversee client onboarding and property handovers.
Office Management:
* Oversee the general office environment, supplies, and equipment.
* Manage vendor relationships (IT, cleaning, utilities, etc.).
* Maintain office procedures and policies.
