The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (the NDIS Commission) offers roles that make a real difference in the community by upholding the rights of NDIS participants to access quality and safe supports.
The NDIS Commission's graduate program is designed to accelerate your career while fostering social impact. You'll embark on a series of rotations or immersion opportunities, working on real-world projects that drive change within the Commission.
Your role:
* A 12-month graduate program.
* You'll engage in projects and develop skills needed to excel in the public service sector.
* Gain exposure to senior leaders and collaborate with teams on impactful issues across Australia.
* Flexible work arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.
Training and development:
* Complete a structured 10-month learning program as part of the Australian Public Sector graduate development initiative.
* The Learning Program involves real-time interactions, webinars, events, and activities designed for APS graduates.
* Receive mentorship, career coaching, and planning to develop your professional skills.
* Guidance and support from a dedicated Graduate Program Coordinator.
Salary and benefits:
* A competitive salary starting at APS level 4, $82,999 plus 15.4% superannuation.
* Includes annual leave, cultural leave, and parental leave.
