Compliance and regulatory adherence: Maintain and enforce AQIS regulations, ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments comply with legal requirements.Monitoring and managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and proper storage conditions. Manage and mentor warehouse staff, promoting a positive work environment and fostering professional growth. Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring a secure and hazard-free working environment. Liaise with clients and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.About YouMinimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, with specific experience in freight forwarding and bonded warehouse operations.In-depth understanding of AQIS regulations and requirements. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in warehouse management software and other relevant technological tools.
