Culinary Professional
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team, planning and preparing healthy meals for children each day. The successful candidate will consider dietary requirements, allergies, and cultural needs.
1. Develop menus that meet nutritional guidelines and cater to children's diverse needs
2. Prepare and serve wholesome meals and snacks in a safe environment
3. Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen space
4. Manage food stock and orders efficiently
About the Role:
1. Permanent part-time hours (approx. 30 per week)
2. Hourly rate based on CSA Support Worker Level + super
3. Access to salary packaging benefits
Requirements:
1. Holding a current Food Handling Certificate is essential
2. A valid Working with Children Check (TAS) and National Police Check are required
3. The ideal candidate will have experience cooking for groups, preferably in early learning or care settings
