The Opportunity
We are seeking a Registered Nurse specialising in Mental Health to support our Women's Only Trauma and General Mental Health Unit at Ramsay Clinic Thirroul. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care. Skills And Experience
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum two (2) years' post‑graduate experience
* Recent experience in a mental health nursing setting or an interest in mental health
* Post‑graduate qualifications in mental health highly regarded
* Availability to work across a rotating 7‑day roster with some night shifts (Roster flexibility available)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
* Knowledge of Trauma Informed Practice
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $37.75 - $53.02 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8) (FTE $72,420.40‑$101,704.72)
