Warehouse Operator – Yatala Manufacturing Facility
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Warehouse Operator will work full‐time (8:00am – 5:00pm, 38 hours per week minimum) with overtime as required. This multitask role includes full training in other warehouse areas.
Key responsibilities include:
* Efficiently completing day‐to‐day dispatch activities, ensuring picking accuracy.
* Delivering accurate paperwork to the Administrators.
* High‐quality packaging of orders.
* Conducting QA inspections on fabricated stock.
* Maintaining general safety and achieving 100% DIFOT while minimising stock damage.
* Training new team members on standard operating procedures.
* Fostering a positive, can‐do approach to servicing Oxworks internal customers (branches).
Qualifications and requirements:
* Demonstrated warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Current forklift licence (MUST).
* Ability to follow clear verbal instructions.
* Strong multitasking ability.
* High level of attention to detail.
